The experience starts right now! When you book your first appointment you will request the new guest block that fits your needs. Once we get you scheduled, you will get a confirmation followed by a welcome email with further details to ensure a seamless first visit.

On your appointment day, I will greet you with a big smile (behind the mask). We will start with a detailed consultation, covering everything from current lifestyle and hair challenges to hair dreams and goals. We will plan out not just your first visit, but a long term plan to ensure all of your goals and hair dreams are met.

Your color will be custom blended and strategically applied. Once your color application is complete I will let you relax. We have a wide array of amenities to keep you feeling completely comfortable while your color is processing.
Styling tips and tricks are always shared and extended styling lessons are always available if you want to learn easy curling techniques or a quick DIY up-style.

I'll wrap up your visit with some photos of your beautiful new hair. Then I will share my recommendations for at home care and set you up with your next appointment!

After your visit you will receive a personalized follow up note, thanking you and making sure all of your hair needs were met!
